  • All original tags, packaging, and protective covers (e.g., for Helmets or Saddle Pads) must be attached and intact.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging to prevent transit damage.
  • A copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip must be included.

⚠️ Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

To ensure the health, safety, and integrity of our products for all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Custom Products: Including Custom Bits and any item made specifically to your specifications.
  • Intimate Apparel & Baselayers: For hygiene reasons, items such as Baselayers and Children’s Tops worn close to the skin are final sale if the original packaging is opened.
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

    Important: We recommend using a trackable service and keeping your proof of postage. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
