Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

We aim to make the process straightforward, respectful, and efficient. You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange, provided the item meets the conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

  • Item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and protective covers (e.g., for Helmets or Saddle Pads) must be attached and intact.
  • Item must be returned in the same packaging in which it was received to prevent damage in transit.
  • A copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip must be included.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

To ensure the health, safety, and integrity of our products for all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Custom Bits & Custom Products: As these are made specifically to your specifications, they cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Intimate Apparel & Baselayers: For hygiene reasons, items such as Baselayers and Children’s Tops worn close to the skin are final sale if the original packaging is opened.
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.

    Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.

Refund Timeline & Method

  • Timeline: Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your original payment account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Store credit or exchange for another product can be arranged upon your request.
